3.1 Setting the Windows Hello configuration options

The Windows Hello for Business supported in MyID configuration option determines whether you can create or edit credential profiles for Windows Hello.

To allow MyID to issue Windows Hello:

1. From the Configuration category, select Operation Settings.

2. On the Devices tab, set the following:

   • Windows Hello for Business supported in MyID – ensure this option is set to Yes.
3. Click Save changes.
